Jason brings more than two decades of experience in travel and hospitality.
His career includes nine years in hospitality management, including five years serving as General Manager of boutique hotels. During that time, he oversaw guest services, daily operations, staff management, and hotel performance while maintaining the high standards guests expect from premium accommodations.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management, combining practical leadership with industry expertise.
In addition to hospitality, Jason has extensive real estate experience, including seven years working in Delaware and Maryland before relocating to Puerto Vallarta. This combination of hospitality and property knowledge allows him to understand both the owner perspective and the guest experience.

Depris complements the business with a strong background in administration, accounting, process improvement, and operational management.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration, she brings a systems-focused approach that helps ensure every detail is handled efficiently and professionally.
